Formerly Managing Partner and Chairman of King & Wood Mallesons Board. Over a decade of experience as a non-executive director, chairman of the investor relationship committees of 2 multi-billion dollar wholesale real estate funds, a member of audit, remuneration and nomination committees of ASX entities.


Founder & Managing Director

Alex brings more than 20 years of executive management and entrepreneurial experience to Vecor. In addition to an illustrious career in the building products industry, Alex successfully listed his startup e.Com on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1999.He is also responsible for the privatisation and turnaround of Pacific Travel in the early 2000s prior to founding Vecor in 2006. Alex is based in Shandong Province, China where he is also acting as General Manager of Vecor's China ceramic tiles joint venture, V-Tong.


Chief Legal Counsel & Director

Stephen established his own legal practice, SBA Lawyers, in 1991 in Sydney, Australia, and became an accredited specialist in commercial litigation in 1996. Stephen’s legal practice is focused on commercial transactions, corporate advisory and commercial litigation particularly in matters with a technology or intel lectual property aspect. In addition to his duties at Vecor, Stephen is a director of the Asian Coal Ash Association and the President of the NSW Council for Civil Liberties.


Financial Advisor & Director

Robert has over 30 years experience in international corporate finance,having worked with Rothschild in Italy (Managing Director 1998 – 2010), Chase Manhattan Bank (New York, Milan), Kidder, Peabody & Co, (London,Milan, Madrid), JP Morgan (Milan, London) and Barclays de ZoeteWedd (London, Milan). Robert has wide ranging experience in domestic and cross-border M&A advisory. In addition to his duties at Vecor, Robert serves as CEO of Advanced Capital in Milan.

Patrick Dewez


Patrick Dewez is Chairman and former CEO of Bettina SAM, a luxury fashion manufacturing company based in the principality of Monaco. Previously, Mr Dewez gained wide corporate finance experience with Merrill Lynch in New York and London and with Kidder Peabody where he was head of European M&A. Mr Dewez was also a co-founder and CEO of Knight Vinke Asset Management, a shareholder activist institutional fund management company.
